Dimon was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2014, which put many of his financial business ventures on hold. However, prior to that, he was immensely successful. He is the chief executive officer (CEO), president, and chairman on one of the four largest banks in the United States, JPMorgan Chase. In 2011, he was named CEO of the year by the All-American Executive Team Survey. In addition to those amazing feats, Dimon has had the honor of being named on the list of the world’s 100 influential people, by Time magazine, in 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2011. Not many have accomplished that. According to Fortune magazine, Dimon is 19th out of the 25 highest paying men. In 2006, they estimated his net worth around $42 million dollars.
Aside from his business ventures, Dimon also seems to care a lot about his family. Dimon met his wife, Judith Kent, while attending Harvard Business School. They were married in May, 1983. They have been happily married ever since. He has three daughters, Julia, Laura, and Kara Leigh. Dimon is now 59 years old and currently reside in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York with his family.
